No. Describe the problem and the dimensions, photos or examples available. We can then determine whether design work is needed.
Can you reproduce a broken part?
It depends on the shape, function and loads involved. A sample, drawing or accurate measurements help us assess it. A visually identical copy does not automatically have the same material properties.
Which material should I choose?
Describe the application: indoor or outdoor use, temperature, moisture, loads and any flexibility required. This helps us propose a suitable material.
Can I request a single part?
A one-off part or prototype can be the starting point. We assess feasibility and pricing for your request.
How quickly can my project be completed?
Timing depends on design work, materials, capacity and any testing or feedback rounds. Include your target date so we can consider it when assessing the request.
Do I need a subscription?
You can discuss a one-off project. Ongoing arrangements are available for recurring work.
